Terms of Service

Effective June 21, 2026

Please read carefully. These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver (Section 14), important limitations on our liability (Sections 9–11), and your responsibility to back up your data before any service (Section 6). By using QuicklyFixPC you agree to all of them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "Customer") and QuicklyFixPC("QuicklyFixPC," "we," "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter this agreement and to authorize remote access to any device you submit for service.

2. Description of Service

QuicklyFixPC provides remote computer diagnostic and repair services using a combination of automated tools, software agents, and expert-guided assistance ("Services"). Services may include connecting to your device, running diagnostics, executing repairs, removing malware, and recommending hardware or software. We do not guarantee that any particular problem can be diagnosed or resolved.

3. Authorization & Consent to Remote Access

You expressly authorize QuicklyFixPC and its software agents to remotely access, view, control, modify, and run commands on the device(s) you submit for service, for the purpose of diagnosing and repairing them.

You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the device, or are authorized by the owner to grant this access, and that you have backed up all important data. You may end a session at any time. Remote repair is inherently powerful; you acknowledge and accept the risks described in these Terms.

4. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • access any device you do not own or are not authorized to control;
  • violate any law or infringe any third party's rights;
  • process, store, or transmit unlawful content;
  • interfere with, probe, or attempt to compromise our systems; or
  • use the Services on systems containing regulated data (e.g., PHI, classified, or cardholder data) without a separate written agreement.

5. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

Fees are described at checkout and charged through our payment processor (Stripe). One-time services are billed once; subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Because Services are performed in real time and labor begins immediately, all sales are final except where required by law or where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is warranted (e.g., we were unable to begin work). Any satisfaction guarantee we advertise is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

6. Your Responsibility to Back Up Data

You are solely responsible for backing up all data, files, and software before any Service begins. Repair operations—especially malware removal, disk repair, and system changes—can result in data loss, and pre-existing conditions (failing drives, corruption, malware) may cause loss during otherwise routine work.

QuicklyFixPC is not a data-recovery or backup service and is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of data, whether or not caused by our Services.

7. Customer Acknowledgements & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • computer repair carries inherent risks, including data loss, software/hardware malfunction, and the surfacing of pre-existing defects;
  • some problems cannot be fixed remotely or at all;
  • hardware may fail during or after service for reasons unrelated to our work; and
  • you assume all such risks when you authorize service.

8. Third-Party Products & Recommendations

We may recommend or link to third-party software, hardware, or services, and may earn a commission if you purchase through our links. Those products are governed by their own terms; QuicklyFixPC makes no warranty and accepts no liability for third-party products, including their installation, performance, or effects on your device.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will diagnose or fix any problem.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuicklyFixPC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or device use, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

QuicklyFixPC's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid toQuicklyFixPC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuicklyFixPC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your lack of authority to authorize access to a device.

12. Privacy & Data

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. To perform Services, limited screen images and system information may be processed by our automated systems and AI providers. Do not display passwords or sensitive information on screen during a session; you control what is visible.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any suspected violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6–11, 14) will survive.

14. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.

You and QuicklyFixPC waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which QuicklyFixPC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 14, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action is the state and federal courts located in that State.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you andQuicklyFixPC regarding the Services.
